1. Service
Brokerina provides a browser-based platform for importing or uploading property materials, preparing images, creating presentations and ZIP files, storing projects, and using the available sharing functions.
The service is delivered digitally. Brokerina is not a real estate agency, does not guarantee a sale, and is not an indefinite archive of source materials.
2. Acceptance
You accept these terms by creating an account, confirming the legal documents and/or paying for a plan. Pressing the payment button constitutes electronic acceptance.
When ordering a paid plan, you expressly request that the digital service start immediately after successful payment. We record the accepted document version and time of consent.
3. Account and security
- Provide an accurate email address and protect access to your account.
- Do not transfer an account outside the team features provided by Brokerina.
- We may temporarily restrict access in response to suspected compromise, fraud, technical abuse, or legal violations.
4. Plans and limits
Public plans are Free, Hobby, Pro, and Agency. Internal is a non-public plan and cannot be purchased. Current prices and limits appear on brokerina.com.
New-property, active-property, and AI-cleanup limits are counted separately. Deleting a property does not restore an already consumed creation allowance.
Prices may be displayed in EUR. The mono checkout displays the final amount and charging currency before confirmation.
5. Subscription and renewal
Paid plans renew monthly. After the first confirmation, mono charges the stated amount every month until automatic renewal is disabled.
You can disable renewal in plan settings. Paid access continues until the current period ends, after which the workspace returns to Free unless otherwise agreed.
If a charge fails, Brokerina may provide a short grace period and move the workspace to Free when it expires.
6. Import and user materials
You provide the URL of a specific page or property and initiate each import. Brokerina technically processes information only within that request and the available service functions.
- You confirm that you have the rights, permission, or another lawful basis needed to obtain, reproduce, store, edit, use, and share all photos, text, contacts, and other materials you import or upload.
- Importing, storing, or technically processing material does not transfer copyright, trade mark, neighbouring, or other proprietary rights to you or Brokerina.
- Brokerina does not take ownership of your materials and processes them only to provide the service.
- Illegal content, malware, unlawfully obtained personal data, and material infringing third-party rights are prohibited.
7. Third-party websites and acceptable use
Mentioning or technically supporting a third-party website means only that an available import function is compatible with it. It does not imply a partnership, endorsement, representation, or official integration.
Unauthorised bulk automated collection, bypassing technical restrictions, interference with third-party services, and other unlawful or rights-infringing use are prohibited.
Third-party sources may change or become unavailable. Manual upload remains available when import is not possible.
8. Availability and verification
AI processing and external platforms may change or become unavailable.
You must verify prices, addresses, descriptions, photos, and other data before publishing or sharing them.
9. Rights notices
A rights holder or other affected person may report a suspected infringement to welcome@brokerina.com and should identify the material, explain the basis of the notice, provide contact details, and include sufficient evidence of rights or authority.
We may restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a notice. Repeated confirmed infringements may result in account restriction or termination.
10. Liability
Brokerina is responsible for providing the digital service as required by applicable law. We are not responsible for sales decisions, source-data errors, unlawful use of materials, or failures outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service and disable renewal. We may terminate for a material breach, fraud, or a legal requirement, with notice where practicable.
We may update these terms. Material paid-term changes will be communicated before application and will not retroactively alter an already paid period.
12. Governing law
Ukrainian law applies. Please first send disputes to welcome@brokerina.com; unresolved matters are handled under applicable law.
