1. Data we process
- account details such as email, name, and authentication identifiers;
- user and team contact details, workspace membership, roles, and settings;
- source URLs and property materials uploaded or imported by the user, including text, images, broker contacts, and generated documents;
- such materials may include third-party data only to the extent the user is permitted to provide it to the service;
- usage, security, error, and technical logs;
- billing metadata including plan, amount, currency, subscription identifier, status, and charge dates.
2. Card data
Brokerina does not receive or store a full card number, CVV, or banking password. Payment details are entered on the secure plata by mono page; we receive only technical payment and subscription status.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- providing accounts, plans, and product functionality, including import initiated by a specific user request — contract performance;
- payments, records, and fraud prevention — contract performance and legal obligations;
- security, diagnostics, and service improvement — legitimate interests balanced against user rights;
- marketing — consent or another lawful basis, with an opt-out where applicable.
4. Service providers
We use providers for cloud infrastructure, database and authentication, hosting, bot protection, error monitoring, AI image processing, and payments. These may include Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Sentry, an AI-processing provider, and Universal Bank/mono.
Providers receive only data needed for their role. Data may be processed outside Ukraine with available contractual, legal, and technical safeguards.
5. Retention
We retain data while the account is active and as needed for the service, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Deletion from active systems follows the technical deletion cycle; limited backups may remain until scheduled rotation.
6. Your rights
- receive information about sources, purposes, categories, and recipients;
- access and correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion or restriction where no lawful retention basis remains;
- withdraw consent for future processing based on that consent;
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a competent court.
7. Security
Measures include access control, email confirmation, bot and leaked-password protection, workspace isolation, server-side limits, audit logs, backups, and production error monitoring. No system is absolutely secure; report suspicious activity promptly.
8. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use technically necessary cookies or local storage for authentication, language, theme, active workspace, cookie choices, and restoration of work state.
Only after the relevant consent, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics 4 for analytics and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Choices are communicated through Google Consent Mode and can be changed in the website cookie settings.
Advertising events are not configured to transmit email addresses, phone numbers, property URLs, property addresses, descriptions, photos, or the contents of legal notices.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the product or law changes. The version date appears above, and material changes will be communicated through an available channel.
