1. Cancellation
Disable automatic renewal in plan settings. Cancellation stops future charges but keeps paid access until the current billing period ends.
2. First payment
You may request a refund of the first paid-plan charge within 14 calendar days. If the paid capacity has already been materially used, we may provide a proportional refund or decline a voluntary refund only to the extent permitted by law.
Material use means consuming more than 10% of the plan’s monthly AI-cleanup allowance or creating more than one new property after payment.
3. Renewal payment
You may request a refund of the latest automatic renewal within 3 calendar days if no paid allowance was used after renewal. Automatic renewal will also be disabled.
4. Refunds regardless of use
- duplicate or erroneous charge;
- successful payment without activation where the issue is not fixed within a reasonable time;
- a confirmed material defect in the digital service;
- any other case required by applicable law.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
The voluntary refund rules on this page do not limit or replace any consumer rights or remedies that apply mandatorily under Ukrainian law, including remedies for a non-conforming digital service.
6. Request details
- email welcome@brokerina.com from the account address;
- state the date, amount, plan, and reason;
- never send a full card number, CVV, or banking password;
- provide a safe payment identifier or the last four card digits only if requested.
7. Timing
After approval, we submit the refund to the payment provider without undue delay, usually within 7 business days. Final credit timing depends on the issuing bank and card network.
